Please read the following carefully as use of any of our web sites and any goods purchased by you means that you agree to them.

Prices
We try to make all prices shown on our web site as accurate as possible. We shall not be bound to honour any sales transaction where the price has been wrongly quoted or an item of stock becomes unavailable. |

Charges, Refunds & Returns.
We will refund the cost of the item excluding postal charges provided it is returned within 7 days of delivery and not classed as a Non Returnable Item.
Items that were sent with free delivery will be refunded the cost of the item less £10.00 for items delivered in the UK mainland or less £20.00 for items delivered outside mainland UK. This is to cover the postal charges when the item was originally sent.
Any items sent back for a refund must be sent with the refund form correctly filled in. You can find a copy HERE
For your own protection we suggest you return any items by Royal Mail special delivery or a similar method if outside the UK, and insure it for the full amount as stated on your sales receipt. You are responsible for all expenses in returning the items and ensuring they are returned undamaged to us. J & K Harris will not be responsible for losses or damage of returned parcels.
Returns must include boxes, guarantees & any promotional gifts that came with the items & all must be returned in the new condition in which they were sent (no scratches or signs of wear, engraved, resized or damaged in any way).
We cannot give refunds on items that have been altered for size or engraved on by another company or person or items ordered from us that were personalised, engraved or made to order.
If a refund is given it will be either by refunding the Credit Card that was originally used or by a cheque in pounds sterling and posted to the address given in the original sales transaction (our discretion).
No refunds will be issued while a person waits in our retail shop and no cash of any description will be handed over.

Do not write Jewellery, Jewellers or any other related words on the package to protect it from possible theft.
If damaged in the post you must notify us within 2 days of you receiving the goods & we must receive them back with the damaged packaging.

Ring Sizing
Rings that need to be altered over 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down we will alter at a charge up to 1 month after purchasing them.
For later on rings that need to altered over 1 month after purchasing them we are happy to do for a charge providing the ring will alter the number of sizes requested.
We are not bound to alter a ring size over 1 month after purchase if it is not suitable for altering.
If the ring has already been sent to us there will be a postal charge to return the ring even if no work has been done.

Special Orders and Non Returnable Items
Jewellery can be returned if listed in our "Standard" section.
1. Standard - All Jewellery can be returned in the standard way with a refund as described in our Charges, Refunds & Returns section apart from items mentioned in the "Non Returnable Items" section mentioned below.
2. Non Returnable Items - Earrings or other items of jewellery that penetrate the skin for hygiene reasons and items that have been altered for size or engraved on by another company or person or items ordered from us that were personalised, engraved or made to order.
We will of course alter any rings as described in our Ring Size Page. |

Returns with Missing Items
When a item is sent to you it will be posted with a luxury presentation box and may include diamond or other stone certificates. The following charges will be deduct off a refund if any of the items that were sent are damaged or missing.
Charges:-
Missing or damaged box - £10.00
Missing or damaged ring certificate/Valuation - £20.00
Missing or damaged diamond/gemstone certificate/grading report - £100.00 |

Responsibilities
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or inability to use our web site or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alterations of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
When using any J & K Harris internet site, purchasing or wearing goods from any J & K Harris web site, they or any partner or person employed or an associate of the said firms, shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, wasted expenditure, time, corruption or destruction of data or personal injury however caused.
You will be responsible if you use this web site in breach of these terms and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your actions.
J & K Harris makes no promises that the web site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason. |

Prices shown in U.S.A. $ Dollars and any Currency Converters used should only be used as a guide. No guarantees can be given for the rates on any given day.

Any offers found only apply to items shown on our Internet sites and cannot be used in our retail shop.
No compensation will be due for travel or any other expenses if an item that was requested to be put aside for viewing is sold.
We may change or withdraw any part of the web site at any time without any notice.
All phone calls may be recorded for future reference.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
