| We will refund the
cost of the item less postal charges when the item was sent provided it is returned within
7 days of delivery. We cannot accept back earrings and items of jewellery that penetrate
the skin due to hygiene reasons. A refund will be issued once
the item has been checked. If a refund is given it will be either by refunding the Credit
Card that was originally used or by a cheque in pounds sterling and posted to the address
given in the original sales transaction (our discretion). No
refunds will be issued while a person waits in our retail shop and no cash will be given.
When returning goods for your own protection we suggest you return any items by
Royal Mail special delivery and insure it for the full amount as stated on your sales
receipt. You are responsible for all costs incurred when returning the items. Returns must
include boxes, guarantees & any promotional gifts that came with the items & all
must be returned in the new condition in which they were sent (no scratches or signs of
wear, engraved, resized or damaged in any way). J & K Harris will not
be responsible for losses or damage of returned parcels. If damaged in the
post you must notify us within 2 days of you receiving the goods & we must receive
them back with the damaged packaging. We cannot give refunds on items that have been altered for size or engraved on by another company or person or items ordered from us that were personalised, engraved or made to order.
