rings are the wrong size we are happy
to alter them. Please fill in this form and send it with your
rings.
Rings purchased up to 1 month after the date of posting to you:
Free of charge for the 1st time sizing. We only ask £7.00 to cover the
cost of return postage in the UK.Outside the UK please contact us.
Rings that need to be altered over 1 month after date of posting or
need sizing for a second time within 1 month of posting to you: Please contact us
before posting your ring back to us. (some diamond rings may have to be re-made)
Please note - When returning
rings to us for sizing you are responsible for its safe arrival.
We suggest you insure them for the full amount shown on the
receipt and use a secure method with a tracking system and signature on delivery, for
example Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss in posting
the items to us.Using a ring sizer from us or any other internet site/retail shop does not
make us liable if the finger size given is incorrect. You are responsible for telling us
your correct finger size. |
